I use the Parents Choice size 6 toddler diaper from WalMart as a stuffer. Since there are hook and loop fasteners on them I use a hook and loop belt from the fabric department to hold on the toddler diaper. Over it I wear an Abena X-plus. When the toddler diaper gets soaked I can pull it out and still have on a fresh adult diaper. It is very easy to pull out the booster even in a public restroom. I always wear plastic pants over the diapers. I can go all day with this one change with no leaks.

Great tip, I tried this and it worked really well, stuffer stayed in place and took only a couple seconds longer than my usual stuffing activities. Thank you for the tip and for reading my blog!

one thing you could do when you are making up a bunch pre-stuffed when you insert the baby diaper inside the adult diaper to help keep the baby diaper in place you could use a few strategically placed spots of glue from a hot glue gun just enough to keep the baby diaper in place
